I booked hotel room in Manali, Himachal Pradesh on 19th December 2022
I paid total room rent 2040 rupees in advance
But I reached here on 28th December 2022 and I tried calling to the person who booked the room
But no response from there
I am disturb very badly
Please solve my problem and punish this person to stop these type of crime

Same happened with me while this guy with phone number 9330348225 took advance payment and now has unblocked me and denied the room on the booked date.

Same happened with me. As I enquired near the location he shared, other hotel people said, many tourists are arriving asking about hotel grand air view. But there is no such hotel in Manali Mall Road.
He is cheating many people like this. His name is Somnath Biswas alias Roy.
He is posting hotel air view Sikkim, photos in Manali listing and trapping people like us.
I have lodged a police complaint.
Guess what . These numbers are still active.
Not sure if any action is taken or not
