An agent of oyo booked a hotel for me and my friends in jaipur for 29 may to 30 may, I paid the amount online and confirmed my booking, but after reaching the hotel, the hotel owner denied us to check-in saying that we can’t offer you the room at this price(online booked amount 461), when I contact customer care, they connected my call to the property owner (conference call), then the owner said that he has not refused to check-in (said completely lie), and said that he will give us the room, but when we get inside the property he again refused to give check-in and asked 400 extra, we again call customer care but the same thing happened and it happened gor three times, I was completely harassed it was around 9:30 in night, finally the customer care of oyo believed on the property owner and I was left with harassment, my time and money was wasted, I couldn’t attend the function for which I came to jaipur, I don’t know what to do. Please help!!
