Dear,
I was ordered Amul chocolate from Flipkart two time once 27 June 23 with
Order ID – OD428467086924473100
& On 11 April 23with Order ID – OD427804135732071100 both time seller dilevered box by wiping MRP it’s actual market price is Rs 140 per box for 250gm.
If MRP is 140 than seller is selling it at 250 which is RS 100 higher than MRP.
How Flipkart allowed this kind of fraud on his platform.
They are quoting higher price with free delivery & discount even after that it’s price more than MRP
I was paid both time higher price than MRP it’s fraud as per law
I need action from Flipkart on seller or i will file case in consumer forum.
