I am Sakina Lakdawalla from Mumbai, Maharashtra. On 23rd July 2020, i had seen a post on Apna App for a captcha filling job of AR Enterprise. They had given a number to which i texted on Whatsapp and then they told me to send my details and copy of Aadhar Card.After giving the copy, the person named as Sam called me to tell me about the joib but then he started misbehaving and asking personal questions so i declined tondo the work. But on 5th August 20, i received a call from a person who claimed to be a lawyer from Aurangabad and demanded Rs 4,500 for not fullfilling the terms of agreement which i have not signed. As a proof they sended me a Whats App Audio of a girl voice which is not mine who is agreeing to them and then thretened me to take court. LAter after 4-5 calls i agreed to pay but through bank account to which they said no and instead demanded me to pay from paytm, etc to which i refused so they told me to send a picture of credit card and otp. On 6th August I got a message from BR SMSHLP that internal case 1245324 has been filled against me. On same day i went to Byculla Police and wrote them a applicated and they agreed to be a cyber fraud. Thecall i get is from 7265863302. Also recently i got a message that hard copy has been send to my address. These messages are torturing me. I request you to take strict Action.
