I am writing this to formally file a complaint against thefashionbliss.shop regarding a recent transaction that has resulted in a substantial violation of consumer rights.

Description of the Issue:
I placed an order on [Order Date] for Men’s Sports Style Khaki Jogger Pants with Box Pockets (Pack of 2) from thefashionbliss.shop for Rs. 899/-. However, upon receiving the items, I discovered significant discrepancies:
Size Discrepancy: One pant is too small, and the other is excessively large.
Quality Issues: The received pants appear to be old and torn, indicating a online fraud.
Incorrect Item: One of the received items is a ladies’ pant, which is entirely different from the men’s jogger pants I ordered.
Requested Resolution:
I am seeking the intervention of the Consumer Court to ensure a fair resolution to this matter. I request the following remedies:
Full refund of Rs. 899/-.
Compensation for the inconvenience caused.
