i had ordered online phone on ezeephone.com for rupees 4999/- for krypton K5. After ordered i have not received any email confirmation hence wrote mail on mention id but was bounced. Also try to contact the mentioned customer care no. but nobody was picking the phone.
Yesterday i have received one currier’s in which one non working phone brand “Apple tree” was found inside. On the box my address was clear but not mentioned sender address.
So please help me to get my money back.
