I have placed and order on 10 Jan 2021 and my order number is TCS12242, I order 3 product and received one product which was cheap nd broken and rest I never received and reached out they said they will reach out and in the name of covid they started ignoring then no message and slowly no reply nothing and still the website is hosting is the painful reality
