I placed an online order for 4 shirts worth ₹999 on 2nd May 2026 through [https://fazefashion.shop/]. However, upon delivery, I was shocked to receive 2 old and dirty white T-shirts instead of the original ordered items on 08.05.2026.
I immediately verified the parcel and it is indicating a clear dispatch or fulfillment error from the seller’s side.
Despite contacting the seller’s customer care, no proper response or resolution has been provided. I have not received the correct products or a refund, which amounts to unfair trade practice and deficiency in service under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
I also find the same website/sellers scam with many customers with advertisement in different social media platforms. This is their modus operandi to scam the customers.
Relief Sought:
I request the concerned authorities to kindly intervene and direct the seller to either:
Send the original 4 shirts as per my order, OR
Issue a full refund of ₹999 to my original mode of payment.
