My name is Rahul Sharma, on 27 feb i got call from some steller web solutions company, one of their tellecaller asked me that sir are you looking for job then I said “yes I am looking”. He said our company has work of online form filling you just have to fill up 500 forms within 5 days with 90% accuracy and if somehow you will be not able to fill up for the same and we find you accuracy less than 90% then you have to pay company registration charges 5000 plus contract loss. Then I think for it lots of thoughts came in my mind like should I do this or not but then I think I am not doing any kind of job and living at home so I can easily do this and said to him I m ok with your contract and even I asked him that what if I complete your work before time limit he said that good may be you will get some other projects. I was quit happy but at the same time conflictions were in my mind. Then he asked me for digital contract that mean I have to send my sign, photo and adhar card. You guys do not believe they made contract within 5 minutes and then ask me from when you want to start work I said from tomorrow. Then from next day I do work properly even there are two options first was save option and another one is submit, once I click on submit then I can’t change or edit form so I was aware of it and try to save my forms first then submit them after checking properly I also wasted 6-7 hours daily basis. Because I got in trap of 32 rupee per form that will make me near about 15000 with in 5 days and then they also provide me helpline no. Where I found any little doubt I directly ask him no doubt they helped me, and I complete my work on fifth day earlier which is almost 15 hours before project timing termination. Then the real game start, then another call from quality dept. He asked me sir your work has done, so would you like instant quality control report where as in contract it is mentioned after 48 hours of project terminate your QC report will come and then within 72 hours you will get money. And I shocked when call came to get instant QC then I replied him isn’t it risky he said no sir either you will get you QC too late so I think you will get your money soon no matters it is now or then, I said ok but then he said your account will be block. I said no issue it will be blocked by your side. Then there I get “your account has been blocked due to multiple login, we already warned to you that do not login on multiple devices at same time so and so… Then I think if company blocking my account then there I shouldn’t get such message because if company made account then there must be proper message. Then I called him he said sir there is some server problem you have to wait for tomorrow. And next day another person call me for QC sir your work is completed would you like to get your QC I replied him with agression that you don’t know that I already applied for QC yesterday and how can you ask again for my approval, he replied ok wait I m checking he checked and replied me that ok sir now you will get your QC I got QC you wouldn’t believe my 64 forms were wrong I was shocked and worried to.. Becuase I made agreement with them then I said him that this is fake report I can’t believe on it. He gave me shocking reply sir you can change your wrong forms status into right one.. Just have to pay 17000 to purchase portal I said this wasn’t mentioned in contract how can you say that.. Then he said for your salary sir I said only portal is much far costly then my salary and then he replied not an issue if you don’t want to purchase give us our 5000 registration fee you will get relief from this contract.Then I said I m not going to give any money to you guys you are fraud he replied ok no issue you will get call from our advocate. Advocate called me and spoke to me in very hard way and said that you breached contract so you have to pay 37,000 something and then you will not have to be the part of this legal process so I can get afraid of it… I simply replied ok no issue we will meet in court, then I cut the call. After some time I got messages for the same but I didn’t replied for this and then I talk to my elders they calm my mind and help me by stand by my side and said don’t worry we will handle you just no need to pay any money to them. This was close on 4th of March then to till now I do not get any call but my elders said to me that go in that portal and register your report so I came here and hope done well by coming here.
