Text of Complaint by shyam l kasbe:

I have recharged my airtel digital TV account with Rs 250 /- on 01/03/2020 by transaction no. 3062959. After recharging TV not started channels ,therefore i registered complain about the same . Then on 01/03/2020 TV channels appears within 20 min. And till 06/03/2020 channels regularly shows,But after 06/03/2020 Airtel digital TV shows low balance .

Now TV shows low balance and error 006. I call airtel customer care on 07/03/2020. They answer me there is technical problem and the issue will solve within 24 hours.

Today I call airtel customer care no. 02-444-48080 .They asked me the transaction no . I collected transaction no from dealer and call immediately. But now the customer care no 02-444-48080 started and disconnected within 10 second and thus not giving any response.

It is my wastage of time and money . The Airtel digital TV administration deliberately not giving responce and not solving problem.
