Text of Complaint by Padmavathi:

I have placed an order to Mc Donalds through Zomato app at 6.30 PM on 4th Sept. based on the updates by the app, it was supposed to be delivered by 7.50PM. However, the food was delivered at 9.56PM. The food was all cold and became tasteless. I had to call delivery guy multiple times and there was no response. Also, I talked to customer care support team for almost 6 to 7 times and no one resolved the issue. I had to really go through mental stress and had to personally go out on my own and buy food separately because I was hungry and the order was not getting delivered. After it got delivered, the support team told that I will be getting 100% of food order value (966/-). However, I have got a coupon of 250/-. I couldn’t eat food and also the refund that I got is not even equivalent of what I have paid while ordering. Hence, I want to lodge the compliant against the service provided.
