Hi I have ordered for two joggers from eCommerce site www.theluckymen.com on 20th July and paid in full. On receiving payment got a mail from them stating my order no is T2090 and that my deliver would be done within 14days but as of now no such delivery has been made. And all my queries on courier tracking detail etc has not been responded by them. They have no phone given either which made me realised it’s kind of fraud site and marketing extensively on all social media and duping people. I usually don’t buy from random sites however I ordered based on their Facebook page which is linked with Shopify and they have substantial followings in facebook.
Kindly alarm the concerned authority about this eCommerce site.
