Sir/Mam,
My case is also the same as other online data entry job fraud which I received a message through WhatsApp from GM Technology, Bengaluru and they asked for my aadhar card and Gmail and they told me to complete the agreement and they send me the agreement through email. After I have completed the work they send me a mail stating I did not achieve 90% accuracy so I have to pay a sum of 6300 as penalty for registration process. Now they have send me an email through Advocate Associates Firm, Gujarat stating as First Legal Initimation Letter to me that I have to pay a sum of 6300 to GM Technology, Bengaluru for breach of contract. And that if I do not settle this matter outside of court then they will process this matter to Ahmedabad Gujarat High Court.
