I receive abusive messages from the collection department for paying the emi, instead I already paid more amount of money multiple times even mentioned them. Borrowed my extra money still am facing the same issue! Their agent ask you to pay x amount of money to close your file and they don’t do it.. they straight away do not respond and block you. This is even after paying my emi.
