I received a message from +91 8140696155, mentioning they are infotypingservices, offering online typing job. They stated that the company charges would only be deducted after initial job payout and there was no joining charges. I gave them my aadhar and a signature on blank page since I was in quarantine due to COVID and had no symptoms. He gave a login ID and password. I logged in gave ‘OK’ on a dialogue box asking do you agree to start the job and started with the work. But I found it difficult to do it on my mobile as continues use was giving me headache and worsening my COVID. I requested him to extend the time for the work stating my quarantine situation. He said he will inform the company, but after few minutes he said I have to pay Rs6490 within 30 minutes or else the company would start legal proceedings. I asked him why this wasn’t mentioned prior joining he said that it was included in the written agreement, a document he created using the signature I had send him. This written agreement was not mentioned till now. I also told him that I’m ready to complete the job as there was still 2 days left. Then he said my ID was deactivated and I had no other option but to pay the amount or face legal proceedings.
I request the honourable court to take appropriate legal action against this fraudster and block the website immediately inorder to prevent other innocent people from getting scammed.

Subject:- Breach of Contract.
Dear Sir,
Under instruction and on behalf of my client Ms. Infotypingservices(OPC), Office Num A-72 Royal Market Near Vigayan Nagar Pryagraj Uttar Pradesh Pin:-226023, India, I do hereby serve you with the following notice:-
1. That my Client Ms. Infotypingservices(OPC) entered into an agreement with you dated 2/15/2022 4:42:44 PM (hereinafter the Agreement)
1. That in terms of the said agreement you are required to pay the service charges as per clause 2.2, 3(C),6 of the contract.
2. That it has come in Notice to my client that you have breached the contract in the following manner-
(i). DIDN’T COMPLETED THE WORK WITHIN TIME FRAME WORK.
(ii). DESIRED ACCURACY NOT ARCHIEVED.
3. That the specific clause which are violated or breached significantly are Scope of Work, Plan Details, TIMEFRAME FOR COMPLETION OF TRANSCRIPTION.
4. That on behalf of my Client I demand that you rectify the breach immediately and take the following steps on your part to make good the breach done by you-
(i). CLEAR THE DUES OF COMPANY
(ii). TAKE THE NOC FROM COMPANY
Within 12 HRS of time period you are required to take above specific actions.
• That on failing to take the above stated steps, I will take appropriate legal action against you seeking all remedial and punitive remedies that are available under the applicable laws.
• Now we can proceed legally as per the sec 72 under Indian contract act 1872,
• Kindly clear the dues 5999+18% GST towards our clients and resolve this matter at the earliest to avoid law suit.
• Kindly pay the charges 5999+18% GST at the earliest otherwise it will lead to legal consequences and a legal case will be filed against you in the UTTAR PRADESH Court.
