Online complaint against Snapdeal. Order number -22121398530

I had ordered a shoe from Snapdeal.com. Within one day I have raised a return request for the item as it is not fitting my daughter!

The item has a return period of 30 days! Now i have all the bill packaging etc. with me but they are saying we cannot pick up the product? I want to know why?? They have closed the request based on their own will and wish!

My money is lost because of this. Please help me.
The return has been raised one day after receiving the product! And they have promised clearly on the website the product has a full return and refundable policy!

Then why are they cheating me like this?

please I need your help.

  2. Purchased curtains from Snapdeal. Recd only 2 sets of curtains against my 2 orders instead of 4 sets. Paid cash on delivery Rs 1459/- agst the 2 orders which was received by me in a single cover Placed replacement request and the product was picked up on 7th Jan. After replacement i recd only 1 set of curtain instead of 4 sets . So I immediately applied for refund. Refund procedure was initiated and Rs 737/- credited to my account against order 25558520444. Balance Rs 722/- is still not refunded to me. In spite of several reminders, the company is not initiating the refund request for balance amount against Order no 25558322068 . They are just sending courier boys again and again for pick up but the pickup is already done on 7th Jan.. I want the refund of Rs 722/- on an urgent basis

  5. I ordered a pair of shoes from snapdeal. But the shoes that were delivered to were of very poor quality and even size was too small . But the seller didn’t have the bigger size so I asked for return. After sometime they messaged that due to some internal check ( which I still don’t understand what it means) we can’t return your product. I wrote many request to them that please return and refund my money but they kept on refusing. They always display EASY RETURN POLICY but they are not complying with it. They have VIOLATED MY RIGHT OF CHOOSING THE PRODUCT I LIKE. Also I confirmed personally with nike showroom that SHOES DELIVERED BY SNAPDEAL TO ME ARE TOTALLY DUPLICATE. They have wasted much of my time.I want a STRICT ACTION BE TAKEN AGAINST SUCH COMPANY WHO IS INVOLVED IN MANIPULATING THE CONSUMERS THROUGH FALSE POLICIES AND COMPANY EHO IS INVOLVED IN CHEATING WITH THE CONSUMERS
