I had placed order on 16th July 2020 on online platform FiniFox Fashion. I ordered 6 garments and paid Rupees 2428 through Razorpay.
I had received message that items will be delivered by 5th August but when i failed to receive my order i tried calling them but mentioned mobile number is switched off and their website is not working.
I need my money back. Please assist.
