Grievance Against FabIndia.club
I wish to file a complaint against FabIndia.club for engaging in unfair and deceptive business practices.
I purchased products from their website, but after receiving the items, I found that they appear to be counterfeit and are of very poor quality, completely different from what was advertised. I was charged a premium price for products that do not appear to be genuine.
Additionally, after completing the purchase, I did not receive any order confirmation, invoice, receipt, email, SMS, or order ID. This has made it extremely difficult to contact the seller, track my order, or seek a refund or replacement.
I believe this amounts to misleading consumers, selling products that appear to be misrepresented, and failing to provide basic purchase documentation.
I request that the concerned authority:
Investigate the business practices of FabIndia.club.
Direct the seller to issue a full refund of the amount I paid.
Take appropriate action for failing to provide order confirmation or purchase records and for the alleged sale of counterfeit or misrepresented products.
Ensure that other consumers are protected from similar experiences.
I am prepared to provide payment records, screenshots of the website, and photographs of the products received as evidence in support of this complaint.
