Text of Complaint by Swetabh Singh Sisodiya:

I have bought 3 month susbcription of jio from there app 1st subscription is done, but 31/07/2023 is the date from when i am trying to activate my 2nd month subscription but it goea upto processing screen and then nothing happens.
