We have placed few items on Amazon on 24th of August and the items were delivered on 26th of August.
All the items were in one box for which we were expecting all the items to be in the box. After entering the OTP. When we opened the box we found two items missing.
Blue Heaven Powder Matte Lipstick Spicy Red & Amazon Brand – Symbol Men’s Solid Regular Casual Shirt (AW-SY-MCS-1144_Olive XL) .
Two shirts were ordered wherein we received only one shirt.
I do not care about the power matte lipstick, which is less expensive, but the shirt was charged around Rs.549, which is not a small amount.
I had taken up the chat and asked me to wait till the 31st of August. When I followed up on the 31st of August, they informed me that we could not process any refund/replacement, due to my past history of refund processed. The only refund that they provided is for the items that were returned to them and I have never claimed that the items were missing or never received the product in the past.
But this is something were my product was not inside the box and now they would not want to provide any refund. I should have fought on the same day for the refund, for which I trusted Amazon thinking, they would help me, but my assumption made me regret it. I wouldn’t raise a formal complaint if there was a mistake on my end.
I would need your help in fixing this for me.
