Still Waiting since the last 40 days for any solution from Amazon.in side .
Again Sending mail ( this is the 3rd mail….)
I am writing this mail regarding my missing product, the details are as follows.

I received only one item, the Blaupunkt speaker while the Crucial BX500 500GB 2.5-inch SATA 3D NAND Internal SSD Upto 550 MB/s was missing,
I instantly called the customer service and they lodged my complaint and assured me of an investigation. Also I called the delivery man (at +911206824744 2023-04-09 17.29.56 call recording attached) to confirm if he had missed one of my boxes, but he very clearly stated that there was only one speaker to be delivered.
The item which I received was not in any amazon box or packet, it was the direct product pack (Blaupunkt SBA20) with the receipt stuck directly on it.
The seal of the product pack was also hampered. I have recorded the unboxing video too and the audio recording of the delivery person where he has confirmed that there was only one box. He also stated that these days many orders come without any amazon cover.
Again on 14 of April I took the followup, customer care person told me that they have checked with the seller and he is saying that he has dispatched the item and asked me to wait for it.
Today, on 21st April when I once more called the customer service, they very politely declined to help me in this case as the investigation team according to them has reported that the item has been delivered, now I want to know who this investigation team is and how they got to this conclusion.
I am attaching both the recordings, first the unboxing video and second my conversation with the delivery man.
MY HARD DISK IS MISSING WHILE IT IS MARKED DELIVERED IN YOUR PANEL, I had reported this to the customer care as soon as I got this delivery and very patiently waited for a fair solution..
Now, Either get me my hard disk or cancel the order and refund my amount.
One more thing, You should work on the product packaging policy a little strictly as today I received new orders that two were also in damaged packaging.
