Text of Complaint by Sayantan Ray:

I paid 5000 rupees to one Card for FD based card they offered me on 7th September 9:50 am. Although in their website it says 5 minutes but they asked for 2 working days for confirmation but no update till now. Customer care is not responding. Not even giving any refund.

    We regret to inform you that as of now as your FD has been refunded, we’ll not be able to go ahead with your onboarding. Don’t worry, whenever we have any updates for you, you’ll be notified via your OneCard app itself.
