I have ordered for an office wear worth Rs.1099 on September 7th 2023 from outfitsy website. The payment method was cash on delivery and what I received is worn saree instead on 24th Sep 2023. The delivery agent is xpressbees. They refused to take back the product or give back the money I payed to them even though I spotted the product before the delivery agent left itself. Attaching the valid proof.
