Text of Complaint by Lalitha Suhasini:

I has Purchased an OLA S1 Electric Scooter and it delivered on 02-03-2022.I have taken the OLA Care+ Plan for Service on 28/08/2023 and paid Rs.3,539/-. I have booked an Ola Service Request on 12/09/2023 with Service Ticket No: 00446588. But till(23/09/2023) now service not done.Everyday i am calling to the Customer Care Number:08033113311,they are assuring that service will be done today,but they are not doing the same. Next day again same is repeating ,but service not done.So i sent mail to support@olaelectric.com on 18/09/2023,the i got acknowledgment mail with Ticked Id:00519706. I am facing so much problem with this issue,because i have to attend the office regularly by this vehicle only. This situation is defaming me for Not Serviced my vehicle in time.They are Intentionally delaying on this.
