Sir I booked for bike with ola on 17th August , CRN number 6573673246 , I got call from driver he was enquiring about the fare and told he cannt go , same with another driver, he even refused to cancel the ride . I tried putting complaint with ola thru app , which provided me as application error , and I called twice ola it got answered but no one to answer otherside . I was worried about the service they provide, if there could be any safety issues or urgency this kind of service will put the passenger in big trouble .I put mail and tweeted this problem I got apology mail from ola while as I asked about why the complaint was not taken thru app or no one answered call , there is no reply
