Text of Complaint by Manoj:

I booked an Ola Scooty on 3rd January and completed full payment of ₹1,49,000.
My Order ID is OET-872381614030126-EYI118.

The Ola app shows “Your scooter is on the way to your home”, but till now the scooter has not been delivered, and there is no clear delivery date or proper update from Ola.

This prolonged delay after full payment is unacceptable and causes mental stress and inconvenience.

I request immediate delivery with a confirmed date, or a full refund if delivery cannot be completed immediately.
