Respected Sir/Mam,
I am writing this to file a complaint against the Ola Experience Center Pune.
I got a delivery of my ola scooter on 19 sep and in 2 days I realised that it’s battery is defective as the scooter was not getting charged. I contacted with the service team and they said that you need to drop your scooter to the service centre. I gave my scooter to the service centre on 26 sep and they said that we will replace the battery and you will get your scooter back within 8-10 days. Now it’s been a month yet I have not received my scooter, there is no response from the team. I am facing many problems.
