Sir/Madam,
I had booked an ola S1 air on October 2022 and they delayed the delivery date ( of the vehicle) which they promised. Due to that, I had to cancel the bike. I have the receipt for my payment as well. After cancellation, it was clearly mentioned that ,I will receive the refund within 5-7 business days. It’s been more than 3 months, and the amount has not yet been refunded( booking amount of 999 Rs). I have sent around 20 mails to them(ola electric Support team) regarding this since last 3 months. They didn’t even consider to respond to most of my mails. I have already sent many mails attaching my receipts, but they failed to reply almost all times.I didn’t get any reply from them. And, there is not a single voice-support number provided for ola electric Support team and also I’m engaged in my work. But definitely that’s my hard earned money and I want it back. So,I’m attaching the receipts again for the reference of Consumer court.Pease find it below and take necessary steps to recover my money.
