I have taken a ola ride in which there was a dispute about the fare amount, which ola did not resolved after repeated calls and emails, they did not bothered to respond to my queries. I tried to reach out to them and told them I have been unfairly charged twice and I won’t pay my ola postpaid bill untill you give back my refund but everytime customer executive would disconnect the call. Since the issue not yet resolved it’s been 3 months now Ola is harassing me by giving 200 calls a day, in every 5 mins I am getting spam calls from ola forcing me to pay 500 more than my bill amount.
