Text of Complaint by Gaganmeet Singh:

An amount of Rs. 899/- was transferred twice to “razorpay.2@icici” on a yearly basis. I am not aware of the transaction for which I set an auto-pay. Don’t even know about the receiving party/ person. The autopay had been set for 10 years till August 2032. I have disabled this auto-pay. Please do something and let me know, how to get the refund.

  1. I also got auto deducted from phonepe. Even my case it is 899. Amount matches with hotstar subscription plan price. So this deduction may be due to annual subscription. Please check if this helps

  2. Recently i also got a message for the deduction of 899 from bank account. I was worried because i was unaware of my different OTT platform subscription plans. @Dhananjaya , thank you so much. Now I can stop Hotstar plan.

  3. It just happened to me today and was confused. After some investigation from my side found that I had subscribed for Disney hotstar yearly renewal for 899. You can go ahead and cancel the autopay, and enjoy the remaining 1 year that you had paid for disney.
