I bought a ola electric scooter 2 months back, recently I had a issue of scooter not charging. I have been contacting them continually from that day. I raised a ticket online in the ola electric app and system asked for a preferred date and time. I selected April 1st, and till now no one called/messaged/got in contact with me. I have been calling them daily and emailing also for the update, they say sorry for inconvenience we escalated the issue, please wait for 24 hours. I exhausted the options left to contact them. Could you please do the needful?
