Text of Complaint by Lekshmanan Subramanian:

So as everyone did so did I book my scooter through the ola electric app which said that it would delivery my scooter within 45 days from my booking date which is 19 August 2023 and so today is 9 December 2023 so I did many a number of calls to the ola electric customer care to make a complaint or know a proper response for it but none turned well for me it is being designed in such a way that the customer who order scooter will not be able to talk to the customer care where as it is just for the emergency purpose aloan so I do need a proper reasons and a refund with compensation coz of these many days delay and no proper response
