Writing this letter to file a complaint against Ola Electric regarding the delayed delivery of my Ola S1 Pro 2nd Gen electric scooter. I am deeply disappointed with the company’s inability to fulfill their commitment to deliver the vehicle within the promised timeframe. The purpose of this complaint is to seek appropriate redressal and compensation for the inconvenience caused.

I placed an order for the Ola S1 Pro on March 16th 2024 with an expected delivery timeline of 29th March 2024 , as communicated by Ola Electric’s official website and order confirmation email. It is now 22nd April and yet the status of my scooter is showing not dispatched yet, i contacted the manager regarding same thing and he’s saying that it’ll take more 1 month to deliver because the scooter is not even yet allocated to me. However, despite the passing of several weeks, I have yet to receive the delivery of my vehicle. This delay has caused significant inconvenience, as I had made plans and arrangements based on the expected delivery date.

I have made numerous attempts to contact Ola Electric’s customer support team through their helpline and email, seeking an update on the delivery status. However, I have been met with unsatisfactory responses, vague assurances, and a lack of transparency regarding the reasons for the delay. This lack of communication and disregard for customer concerns only adds to my frustration and disappointment.

As a consumer, I believe that I am entitled to receive the product within the promised timeframe or be duly compensated for any delays encountered. The delayed delivery of the Ola S1 Pro 2nd Gen has not only caused inconvenience but has also impacted my trust in the company’s ability to fulfill its commitments.

Therefore, I kindly request the intervention of the Consumer Court to resolve this matter and ensure that Ola Electric takes appropriate action to rectify the situation. I am seeking the following resolutions:

1. Immediate delivery of the Ola S1 Pro 2nd Gen electric scooter within a reasonable timeframe.
2. Adequate compensation of minimum 50000 for the inconvenience caused due to the delayed delivery, including any additional expenses incurred as a result.
3. A clear and transparent explaination for the delay in delivery, as well as assurance that such incidents will not recur in the future.
