Hi,
This email is regarding one of the worst and pathetic experience with ola where i have booked a cab where the driver was rude, drunk and threatening and created a scene where he was not in senses and threatening to even fight and go to any extent.
Firstly it was not his own cab and then when we saw him drink too and for safety reasons becz i was accompanied by girl with me and for safety, we refused to travel he snatched the phone and later threatened that he will fight if we don’t pay him or come along with him. He kept arguing n shouting and created a scene at late night and did not agree to give phone as well without being in his senses and started abusing. How come ola allows such drivers? Who drink and drive and even not driving their own vehicle. How will the customer feel safe especially during late travels if ola has such drivers drunk and abusive and threatening.
Hence I need an immediate action against this cab and cab driver and even i am ready to file a police complaint if ola can even allow such pathetic drivers to be in their service. I have attached the driver cab number as well and ride details for action to be taken and i need an response about the action taken.
