Text of Complaint by Varun Tyagi:

On 20th March, I took a ola ride from Noida to RK Puram, Delhi. My cab fare was 458 and I chose online payment method of amazon wallet. once I reached, I did not receive any message of completing my cab ride, after an hour or so, i can see that Ola has deducted extra Rs. 921 from my Amazon wallet as cab driver ended the cab ride in Sohna, Gurgaon which is 53kms away from my actual destination. I tried calling the driver to clear out this issue. But he has blocked my number and I also tried Ola support but they said they can’t do anything and they believe driver’s word over mine without doing any investigation but in actual they can see that my entered destination was correct and i did not request to change my destination but they still don’t want to help me. I have recorded the whole conversation with the Ola support. I want to file this in consumer court as I fed with these drivers and cab services.
