10 mar 2022 date ko maine Kolkata railway station to Kolkata airport ka liya ola cab book Kiya tha, or maina Rs.274 ka phonepe kar diya…par airport pohachna ka bad driver na bola payment nahi hua cash payment kija. Phir mujsa Rs. 316 cash unohona liya..bad me maina ola ka customer service se baat Kiya or yea sab batiya to unohona bataya ki hamara pass koi payment nahi aya.uska bad maina Phonepe ki customer service sa baat Kiya too unohona bataya ki payment ola ko hogaya or muja Marchant order Id diya…fir maina ola call Kiya too ola customer service Mera call disconnect kar raha hai bar bar…maina unko Twitter me vi msg diya, mail Kiya..koi help nhi mila …or …esika sath Rs. 95 ka ek cash back vhi tha mare oh vi nahi mila…pls help kija
