Text of Complaint by Arun shyam raj:

1. Last September’25, 2021 I had taken a trip through OLA App for an Auto from Thanjavur New bus stand to Tamil University Quarters. For that I have paid 159 as cash. Driver also collected that payment but For the Long time, Its showing as pending payment at last I have paid 159 through GPAY. I have raised tickets and mailed to ola so many times but no response. They are telling no refund , driver cheated means its customer risk like that. Drivers are OLA registered Drivers, OLA not taking any complaint against DRiver but asking Customer to pay the payment.

2. The same thing Happened 12.08.2022 morning From Mumbai Railway station to Hotel Suyog,Navi Mumbai. For that aslo I have complained but they are not Taking any actions against their DRIVERS but they are asking payment from me.

I need the amount back with interest.

  1. SAME HAS BEEN HAPPENED WITH ME ,AFTER PAYING AMOUNT BY CASH TO DRIVER , NOW THEY ARE SAYING THAT YOU ONLY PAID A PART PAYMENT AND PART PAYMENT IS STILL PENDING AT MY END , AND IT ALSO COMES IN APP DURING CAB BOOKING THAT PLEASE CLEAR YOUR OUTSTANDING.

    I HAVE WRITTEN LOT OF MAIL TO THIER CUSTOMER CARE , BUT THEY ARE NOT BELIEVING , BASICALLY BY THIS TRICK THEY ARE COLLECTING SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF MONEY FROM DIFFERENT CUSTOMERS
