Text of Complaint by Dipak Bansal:

Can driver reached the pickup location and asked me the drop location and then he denied the trip saying that he need to go to his home. On cancelling the trip, ola charged me Rs 50. When tried the support options, it says to call customer care and they have nowhere mentioned their customer care number.
