I Have booked Ola auto yesterday, after entering to auto and taken the OTP then the driver asked where to drop, I told him to drop celebrity layout 6th , then he said i will not come that place, he told to me he will come to still celebrity Arch only then i ased him i bookd up to my house you should come there he said there roads are not good he will not come then i asked him why you came for this trip if that is the case then he got angry on me and he ask me to get down and behavied rudely anf the driver saying he is local gry he can do any thing,then i tolad to him to please cancel my trip, he said he will not cancel and he want it is charged
i have raised the comaplaint ot OLA they are saying they will not refund the amount they will take action on driver

I booked ola auto from villivakkam jaganathan nagar to kolathur bhavani nagar total fare is 29 only but he collected cash amount of rs.30 and also my ola money of rs.29 is deducted from my wallet he cheated me and shouted me to give so i gave cash to that driver i need my amount refund my amount of rs.29 to my wallet
and also the auto number is differ
