M y name is Biswadeep and my mobile no. is 9874048722. I have received a mail by customare care that my OG validity will get over and Rs. 24/- will be deducted from main balance. These is sheer cheating as I have recharged on 29th december 2018 Rs. 199/- unlimited pack for 28 days which is about to expire on 25th January 2019. Now when I called to the Customare Care of Vodafone they said that my validity of OG will get over by 21st January 2019. How can this be possible as I have recharged and my validity is about to expire on 25th January 2019?!! They are just cheating the customer and this purely illegal. How they can void the rule??!!
Please take necessary steps to take measure against them. I have attached the screenshots for further reference.
