Subject: Official Complaint: Fraudulent Order and Non-Response – Order No. [#ERFT89204].I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Street Fusion regarding a purchase. On [27/03/2025], I ordered four linen shirts for 1,000 rupees from the Street Fusion website, choosing Cash on Delivery (COD) as my payment method.Upon delivery, I paid the required amount, but the package contained only a single, poor-quality pair of small jeans instead of the items I ordered.I have sent multiple emails requesting a full refund or a product exchange. Unfortunately, I have received no response, and no action has been taken to resolve this issue. I request an immediate refund of 1,000 rupees.
