As per the invoice total distance traveled is displaying 406 km/hr.
This is impossible as I only travelled for around 231 kms max. (88.8 + 27.7+13.9+100 = 230.4 kms)
I verified this by google timeline as well. Please refer to the attached image.
After the ride ended near huda city centre, I was not able to check the total distance travelled in the OLA App. The app kept on crashing.
I was charged for an additional 175 kms for no reason at all.
I lodged same complaint to old , they agreed to process the refund 2 months ago, Till today i have not received an agreed upon refund amount of 1743. It is mentally frustrating & tiring, every time i ask i get same response that it will get refund in 10 days (for every question i ask they forwards the same mail)
