As discussed with the faculty they agreed to Rs 14000 for the FULL COURSE of 6th grade. Rs.14000 they had agreed, I got the payment link and I paid the amount. Now they are asking me for Rs.6000 more and when I asked them for a refund. They said (email copied) “Hello Sir, We have received the amount of Rs 14,000/- for the enrollment of your ward in Grade 6 Master Program. As per the scholarship of your ward, an amount of Rs 6000/- is pending. 100% fee will be refunded, if the request is raised within the refund period till 29th August (no questions asked).” Well how can I trust them now, they specifically agreed to Rs.14000 for the Master Program, and they have CHEATED ME. The Manager even hung up the call saying “Sir, it is not our fault”. NEVER EVER TRUST ODA AND OTHER ED-TECH COMPANIES! It’s better to just get an offline tuition.
