I have paid a sum of rs 18999/- towards oda classes on 25 August, where I thought it would be useful for my child of grade 7 , but after the payment understood that it’s not worth and not covering the topics related to school subject, no one to one discussion, no limitations on the classes, no clarification on doubts
So we planned to refund the payment and sent a mail according to the response of the oda management on sep 2
Received a reply asking for the primary registered number, where sent a reply
After that no calls, no mails etc
Even sent a mail about filing a consumer forum but no response from oda management
