I booked my order for “High Security Number plate” with order id : BMDL681999CB-40BC-46. My 1st appointment was 26th Nov, 2020 between 9 AM to 1 PM, but the executive arrived around 2:45PM and irrespective of any mistakes from my end I paid the Rs. 295/- fee to reschedule it to 14th Dec, 2020.
And again I am facing the issue as nobody from bookmyhsrp team has come till now. I have called many times to their call center, raised the complaint (no: BMH217201, BMH226174 AND 1 more) but nothing has happened. The complaint TAT was for 24 hours but its more than 3 days now.
I am continuously calling them from 14th December but they have standard lines, like it will resolve today, server is not working, etc.
Also, mailed them for 3 times for the complaint and updating my mobile number but no reply till now.
Can somebody help me urgently.
