I have booked ticket for vrindavan through paytm app and reach to Rajiv chawk pick up point before 1and half our before and call on provided contact no. Asked about the exact location and I have shared my location and told if you reach at point pls call me. I was waiting continue after the pick up time and call to customer care neu go they told bus operated will call you when reach to pick up location don’t worry wait. But again talked to in given they told me they left pick up point then 3 times I have conversation with customer care but not given appropriate response.
NueGo customer service person refuses to refund money also. And suggest me to take alternate convence.

With respect to your complaint, pls note that our bus was at Rajiv Chowk, Gurgaon on 14th Sep from 8:14 am to 8:23 am
Additionally we have successfully onboarded other passengers from the same boarding point
Hence we regret to inform that refund will not be applicable in case of no-show
Dear Sir,
Kindly ask to or give traning to support staff in bus regarding some manners for way of talking with customers, if bus not stoped on Niraml kutiya chowk Karnal Haryana than please cut the options from App. You staff told me” aage ye bus yaha ni rukegi, na hm yaha che chdayege” what is the mean of this talk.
