I booked with NUEgo bus for my friend’s travel from chd to Delhi from Paytm. The time shown for total travel was 3.5 hours. My friend had to urgently reach Delhi before 12 pm. . The bus stopped In Middle of travel for charging and it took 30-40 minutes for the same. The speed of bus has been quite slow and it should have made arrangements before the start of travel or atleast intimated us about the same. My friend couldn’t reach for his work on time. There’s no customer support also for NUEgo.

I booked nuego bus Delhi to Chandigarh. Bus timing was 2:30 pm, but bus arrived at 3:05 pm and leaved ISBT bus stand Kashmere gate by 3:40 pm. I beared it. After that bus took a stop Karnal at 5 star dhaba by 6 pm and conductor instructed us “bus sirf aadhe ghante ke liye rukegi”, again same thing happened driver and conductor came after 1 hour. We started my journey at 7 pm. Is this right?
They don’t know their time value or other passages. I supposed to reach Chandigarh by 7:15 pm which showed on the Nuego bus site. It was very very bad experience. I will never ever book this pathetic bus again. They even don’t provide water bottle. Poor services poor bus.
Please guys be careful, if you value your time don’t book this bus.
