Text of Complaint by Aditi Verma:

I had travelled from Delhi to Jaipur by Nuego on 12th January 2024, boarding at 12.30 pm. The bus staff was extremely punctual of leaving the bus stand on time, but when we enquired about reaching late, they were irresponsible and extremely uncooperative. The bus was delayed by 90 minutes, because the bus was not charged, which the passengers had no idea about before boarding and I had to miss a very important event. Furthermore, because the bus was delayed so much, they still did not stop anywhere for washroom even when it was right outside. Moreover the charging ports were absolutely not working, I could not contact anybody. I have no idea what did we pay such a huge amount for. All the co-passengers were so disturbed by the services and refusal of nuego to cooperate. Even when I tried to reach out to the Nuego Support Centre, they did not respond at all. Hence I was bound to complain against the company and it’s unfair system and extremely disappointed services and behaviour and call for a compensation for the same.

  1. 08:35 of 13.01.2023 agra waterworks chauraha to delhi Bus has accident not reached the destination 😭 have saved by God. 16 people have injured driver and conductor have lost there leg.
