Since last 8 months I get notifications on my numbers to pay bill for some unknown number. After 2-3 days my service gets barred. I am on international roaming and service barred means all my Indian bank transactions are withheld. This is causing serious issue for my family in india.
I have raised several service requests so far. Each time they promise to resolve within 2 days but it is never resolved within 15 days. I am tired of raising complaints everyday and calling customer care through skype. Its costing me a lot.
