Hello Team,
My name is Sachin Bhardwaj. I recently checked my CIBIL report and noticed two gold loans of ₹12,000 and ₹24,500 reported under my name.
I would like to clarify that I have never applied for, taken, or authorized these loans, and I have not received any confirmation or communication regarding these loans. I believe my personal information may have been misused by someone to obtain these loans without my knowledge or consent.
I kindly request you to investigate this matter urgently and remove/correct these unauthorized loan accounts from my CIBIL report after verification. Please also provide me with the details of these loans, including the lender and loan account information, so I can understand how they were reported under my name.
I request you to resolve this matter at the earliest. If the issue is not addressed, I may have to file a formal complaint with the appropriate authorities.
Please look into this matter and confirm the next steps.
